This article explains how to remove a device from Google Home in the Google Home app on Android or iOS. Removing a device from Google Home unlinks it from your Google account. Other members should no longer have access to the devices or services you set up, including Nest thermostats, alarms, locks or cameras. If you set up a Nest Cam with your Nest Hub Max, the Nest Hub Max should also no longer be available. When you factory reset your Google Home Mini, all of your settings and personal data will be wiped from the device.
Locate and select the device you want to remove in the Google Home app. If you see your device in the Google Home app, but you can’t access its Settings page, it could be disconnected. If you aren’t the only member of a home, you first need to remove all other members from the home with the Google Home app. Otherwise, you can only remove yourself from the home, and the remaining home members still have access to the home and its devices.
How to Factory Reset Google Home Mini

You can reboot your Mini, as detailed further down the page, but it doesn't always solve the problem. A factory reset is your best solution when all else fails. If your Google Home or Nest Mini has stopped talking back to you or stopped listening to your commands, it could be time for a factory reset. The process only takes a couple of minutes to complete and should make your device function like it's right out of the box. At present, rebooting or even performing a factory reset does not help fix the problem. Unlink it From Assistant Settings
After removing the members, if they can still issue commands or control your devices for some unexplainable reason, you should delete your home. Each home in Google Home app comprises of several members, devices, and rooms. But if that doesn’t work, delete the home and set up your home again, adding those members only that should be able to use your Google Home.

You have to sign out of this account on this home’s Google TVs or in account.google.com. If you aren’t the only member of a home, you'll first need to remove all other members from the home by using the Google Home app. Otherwise, you'll only be able to remove yourself from the home, and the remaining home members will still have access to the home and its devices.
